With a background in actuarial science, and having worked at HSBC, State Street, and Multrees, playing a pivotal role in launching and optimising platforms for some of the most prestigious firms in the industry. His expertise bridges the gap between business objectives and platform strategy.
Robert has successfully scaled regulated businesses, including growing a claims management company from 1 to 1,200 employees in four years. His strength lies in operational resilience, risk management, and driving sustainable financial growth.
Kirin trained and qualified as a solicitor at Pinsent Masons (Formerly McGrigors LLP) where she spent 5 years in their London office. Having qualified into the Corporate team, Kirin has experience in a wide range of corporate matters including M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions. Prior to McGrigors Kirin worked as a paralegal with the M&A team at Freshfields LLP. Kirin received an LLB Law and LLM Corporate & Commercial Law from University College London.
Wayne is the former CEO of Marlborough Group, where he led one of the UK’s most successful fund and platform services businesses, managing £18bn in assets. His strategic insights drive Graphene’s market positioning and long-term success.
