He spent ten years at the Financial Conduct Authority in senior financial and supervisory roles before moving into industry leadership positions at BlackRock, where he oversaw key aspects of risk and prudential policy.
Since 2022, Andrew has advised leading financial institutions on risk frameworks, regulatory authorisations and compliance obligations. His blend of regulatory insight and industry experience makes him a highly respected voice in governance and policy.
